We’ve injected some sweetness into our tasting board this season. Visit Sawdust City Brewing Company and sample our limited release beer Eagle’s Tear. Brewed with pure Muskoka water, this Maple Coffee Sour Red Ale is available in The Sawdust City Saloon and for purchase in the Brewery’s retail store. You are also going to want to try the collaboration brew between Muskoka’s 3 craft breweries, Pancake Breakfast Specialty Maple Ale, on tap while supplies last. When the sap flows, our Brewery features a variety of maple beer as well as butter tarts and our own Dark Maple Syrup blend available for purchase in our retail store. Request a booking for a brewery tour, offered 12pm to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • For the Muskoka Maple Trail, satisfy your sweet tooth with Red Maple Dessert Wine, made from cranberries and maple syrup, and served in a decadent chocolate cup. If you stop in by 11am, 1pm, and 3pm, you can take the Bog to Bottle Tour – a Canadian Signature Experience.
  • The marsh and winery also invite you to try their signature experience. Savour a gourmet coffee finished with a shot of maple syrup while relaxing by the patio fire. On your visit, be sure to sample their large maple product display! If you want to go for a hike, bring a pair of boots and take to their 10km+ of interactive hiking trails.

For the Muskoka Maple Trail, Lake of Bays Brewery invites you to try their maple inspired brew Paint Me Like One of Your French Toasts: Cinna-Maple Blonde Ale, available in samples or by the glass. You can also sample the collaborative maple beer brewed in partnership between Muskoka’s 3 craft breweries, available on tap at Lake of Bays Brewery.
